We have A/C...where did the heat go?

The major highlights of my week were getting the A/C installed (even though it's freezing out again) and my dad hooking up our dishwasher. We've had the dishwasher since the day we moved in but it needed some plumbing done so we had to wait until someone came to visit who had the tools. I was getting pretty fed up with washing dishes...my day is busy enough. My mom and dad spent the week with me and the girls. We did some shopping and stuff around the house. On Thursday we took the girls to Bronte Provincial Park and checked out the Kids Barn. They had so many different animals and it was much better than Springridge Farm. Uncle Drew got the girls a summer pass for the park and I think we'll be spending a bit of time there. In addition to the pool and the farm they have lots of nice trails for walking. We took advantage of having my parents here and saw TWO movies this week. Monday night we saw Mr and Mrs Smith. It was pretty entertaining but I hope Jennifer Aniston has the sense not to watch it! Last night we went and saw Cinderalla Man. It was a really good movie. I also got my hair cut yesterday - first time since October! The girls are well. Emma has been a bit fussy lately which could be because of their shots. She's starting to throw little fits when she doesn't get what she wants. Cry away sweetie is what we say. She's also been terrible at bedtime and we're all hoping it's just another phase. All she wants is to be cuddled. Leah still has her soother for bed but Emma gave it up and now she wants cuddles! There's a very fine line between giving her love and teaching her that screaming her head off gets her what she wants and we are trying very hard not to cross it.
