Happy Father's Day!

It's hard to believe that this is John's 2nd Father's Day. Last year we spent the day in the NICU and the nurses made cards with polaroids of the girls in their incubators. Crazy. We had a nice day. Even though our parents live 4 hours in either direction we actually got to see our dads today. My parents left this morning and John's dropped in for dinner on their way back to Windsor. They brought us a bed for our spare room so we can now have guests without making them sleep on an air mattress! John had a nice day. I got him one of those cheesy "World's Greatest Dad" tshirts from Old Navy thinking there was no way he would wear it outside of the house. Well he surprised me by wearing it to Costco and saying how proud he was to be the guy in the cheesy shirt! The girls are lucky to have such a great Dad. Not much else to report. I am all by myself again tomorrow so I will be going through the usual phase of "oh my god do these babies ever rest??!!!". Thankfully it usually only lasts a day or so. Emma has gone to bed without screaming two nights in a row now. Please let it last.

Emma is such a character ... she makes me laugh just looking at that face in the pool. The photo of John and the girls is fantastic, Jen, you have such and eye for photography!
